Raafat Abadir has a long career with IBI Group dating back to 1989 as a Principal Contract Administrator. At the time, he specialized in the construction administration of high-rise residential and office buildings, schools, and commercial buildings. Prior to this, Raafat gained ten years of architectural design and development engineering construction before relocating to Canada. Raafat has played an integral part in the managing of many notable, award-winning projects in the Greater Toronto Area, including One Financial Place, H.J. Alexander School, The Avenue, One Bedford Drive, River House-Old Mill, Waterpark Place (5 Phases), and the list goes on. Currently, Raafat is managing King Square Mall, Treviso (3 Phases), Harwood & Bayly (2 Phases), The Britt, 11 Wellesley, and 9 Tippett. His ability to coordinate and solve multi-site concerns with excellence has a proven record of client and firm satisfaction.
